Orders

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Eligibility
To request a return or refund, please get in touch with us at hello@sexpionage.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible returns must be:
• unused and unworn
• in original condition
• with packaging intact
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you. Please email us with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Change of Mind
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. Refunds are processed once the item is received back in good condition.
Australian Consumer Law
Our policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to faulty goods.
